
Vice President, Corporate Communications
As Vice President of Corporate Communications, Caroline Campbell oversees internal and external communications for AOL Advertising. She and her team are focused on media relations, corporate reputation, thought leadership and employee communications.
Caroline joined AOL in October 2009 from Porter Novelli, a global public relations agency, where she headed the firm’s HP account team. Prior to that, she was in the Global Communications & Public Affairs Group at Google. She led the national proactive media outreach team in New York, garnering coverage for Fortune 1000 companies who were using the Google and YouTube platforms in their online advertising and marketing campaigns.
Prior to Google, Caroline was a director at ING Financial Services, where she was responsible for media relations for the wealth management division and the ING Foundation, as well as national executive visibility. She also has worked at two other global public relations firms, Ketchum and GCI Group, in various roles and with brands such as Equifax, Cox Communications and IBM.
Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She lives in New York City.
