Rich media banner ad unit containing an associated graphic element. The associated graphic element may either "float" in an invisible layer on top of the page or it may be "tethered" to the banner ad unit often starting from, or resolving into, the banner.

Frequency Cap: One exposure per unique per 8 hours
General: No browser shaking functionality allowed

Floating ad must be an organic shape; cannot be square or rectangle. The floating unit must not contain hard borders or appear at all like a pop up.

  Floating ad should move across the screen and not stay fixed or hover in one place for more than one (1) second.

  Creative may not cover core page navigation, branding, or other ads
