  • In March 2010, a major movie studio partnered with Patch to promote a new children's movie – the first hyper-local event of its kind.

About our editors:

  • Brian Farnham was editor-in-chief at Time Out New York before moving into the same role at Patch. He has worked for a variety of publications both online and off, including Details, New York Magazine, and Sidewalk.com; and contributed to many others, from The New York Times Magazine to Harper's Bazaar.
